My mission is to empower healthcare professionals by implementing efficient billing and administrative workflows, allowing them to focus on what matters most—patient care. I am an active member of the AAPC Durham, NC Chapter and the North Carolina Medical Society. With a degree and multiple certifications in medical office administration, medical documentation, and medical office workflow, I am committed to excellence in healthcare management. Among my proudest achievements are being recognized by Global Health Pharma (GHP) as the 2021 “Most Client-Focused Medical Billing Services Provider in the Southeast USA” and playing a key role in helping Reliance Medical Management clients generate a combined revenue of $2.7 million in 2020.
